A very nice hotel, my only favorite hotel in Ganja in fact. I keep returning there over time. Very clean rooms, super smiley and helpful staff, a decent restaurant with a nice adjacent bar to sip delicious Illy coffee. Nice breakfast? With a choice of Ganja’s delicious diary products.

Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms with very good air conditioning and comfortable beds. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxing and the on site restaurant is excellent and very well priced for a hotel restaurant, on par with pricing in the city. We highly recommend you have one dinner here! On some nights you’ll hear great live authentic Azerbaijan music.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. Both the reception and the room service staff are friendly, and they always have a smile on their face. During our stay, they brought a surprise birthday cake for my daughter at breakfast, which was a very nice gesture. The rooms are good-sized, the bed was comfortable, and their room service was top-notch.

From the warm reception at check-in by GM Vusal and his team, to the spacious room and bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the furniture practical and elegant. Spotlessly clean. We had a corner room, with windows on two sides providing plenty of light. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant was another very positive surprise. Warm, elegant ambiance, varied menu, competent service, very good food; as they say, the "cherry on the cake".

The hotel is conveniently located within the city. The premises are kept tidy and the STAFFS PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. The breakfast buffet offers ample choices and is well-presented and the website photos accurately represent the reality. During my stay, I enjoyed a pleasant view of the snow-capped mountain. If I have the opportunity to visit Ganja again, I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel once more.

A new accommodation that furnished well and fit to purpose; staff were amazing and keen to help. The room and all area were sparkling clean, quality of breakfast and food for dinner were great. We tried the waitress recommended pomegranate wine, it was from Ganja area and and very special - natural & rich with pleasant flavors. At the nigh a local band was performing folkloric songs, we really enjoyed. The accommodation was also so sustainable, recycling batteries was interesting.

Cleanliness was perfect. There were all required stuff in the room. Staff was very kind and even kindly agreed to accept us to the hotel before check-in time due to early arrival to the city. Breakfast was good as well. Definitely one of the best hotels in Ganja.

Thr staff was amazing. They gave my little son some cookies and were smiling all the time. Super friedly and helpful. Our kids were surprised by the size of the room. They said it's definitely the biggest room where they recently stayed :) The hotel is renovated, modern, the shower was great. The lounge music was amazing , really relaxing. The breakfast was fresh and nice. Nothing extra, but al you need. Coffee and tiramisu at the bar were delicious.

the people who worked there, the food it was a luxury restuarant with a low prices, the location, the view from my room and also my room decoration. it was identical to the pictures. thanks to Ramal Bahadur and the other staff i forgot there names but realy we had a very beautiful stay becaude of them.
